A delicious tea made from organic dried herbs including Sumac, marshmallow root, Nettle leaf, mullein leaf, hibiscus,lemon balm, cinnamon, ginger root, cloves, basil, peppermint leaf, elder flower, raspberry leaf, elder berry, yarrow flower, fresh lemon and fresh orange, water and local honey. Store in the refrigerator. Shake well before using. Usage: Adults take 1 tablespoon three times a day. Children take 1 teaspoon three times a day. If allergies or sinus irritation is severe, take 3-4 tablespoons ever 2-3 hours for 48 hours. This is not intended as medical advice, just sharing how I use this tea.
