Market Open

Welcome to Georgia summer heat!! Whew, this week will be a hot one! We will be holding off on soups for a while except when we do the gazpacho and cold varieties. This week we have added more salads – perfect for Father’s Day picnics!
The veggies are still heavier on the squash, but I’m getting a few cucumber and red okra now! What I have will go in the stand as they are picked.
The heat is also taking a toll on the chickens. They are beginning to slow down a bit, so if you normally get them from the stand, you may want to preorder here in the coming weeks.
Happy Father’s Day to all the Dads out there! I am blessed to still have mine!!
