This Week at the Market
Busy, busy here at the farm! We have baby chicks hatching, seeds sprouting, trees flowering, hens laying like crazy, and sunshine bringing the earth to life! Don’t you just love SRPING?!?!
We have a few new canned items like our orange marmalade, lemon curd, and mixed berry jam.
For healthy immune boosters try our Elderberry Syrup or local raw honey.
We will be planting spring crops like peas, radish, carrots and more this week as the garden beds are looking fabulously fertile!
The roadside farmstand is also open so stop by anytime for goodies!
Have a great week,

Happy Spring!!!
While this is such an “in between” time for us here for fruits and veggies, there is still a LOT growing! We have lots of seedlings popping up in the new greenhouse so there will be so much goodness in the coming weeks! Our microgreen trays are being replenished and may not be ready this week, but we’ll have them again next week.
Have a great week – enjoy this beautiful SPRING weather!!! :)
This Week at the Market
Opening a bit late…. It has been a week! So much to do, it’s hard to get ahead. But that’s life on a farm :)
Hoping the weather stabilizes a bit here soon so we can open the stand back fully. Once we do, there will be canned items, honey, teas, baked items, and more during the week. If you ever need eggs, remember those are at the stand in a cooler available any time!
Thanks for supporting our farm!

Spring Has Sprung!
Are you loving this warm weather?!!! Me too – and so are the plants! Everything is exploding!
We have my daughter’s baby shower this weekend (which I will cater) so this week is light on the items from the kitchen.
I am also hoping the broccolini and lettuces will keep a little longer before bolting too much. The warm weather has already made some of them bloom.
Lots going on here at the farm. Our greenhouse is up and hoping it makes it through this week’s storms! Inside there’s lots of seed trays loaded with this summer’s crops. The garden beds are still being amended as well as new ones for the flower beds going in.
Have a great week!

Broccolini!
I forgot to add the broccolini!!
It has been added if you’d like some!
This Week at the Market
This week is looking like a bit of spring has sprung! We’re so excited to get moving outside again. There’s a LOT going on at the farm these days! We have a new (to me) tractor to help move the earth, the manure and wood chips around. My back is so thankful!!! You will notice a larger greenhouse going up this year. We will have lots more room for all those seed trays now! So much to come this year – I’m so excited!
This week we have a few more veggies/ greens and rotated the microgreens to peas. We will have the green salad mix back next week. Let me know how you like them!
Have a great week and get outside and enjoy some sunshine!!

We’re open for orders! This week we’ve added back some greens! We have the last week or two of collards for the season as we will be turning the beds with more amendments this week and next. The new bed of green leaf lettuce is looking ready for a cutting as well as our baby arugula. Also added to the market is our microgreen variety mix. They are super tasty in salads or as I prefer on my scrambled farm fresh eggs!
Have a great week!

We will be closed this week for ordering due to a family event I will be baking for. The market will open back up next week again and we will be adding some super nutritious micro greens! If you’ve been missing the greens like I have, this is a great way to spruce up your sandwiches, eggs, soups or salads! We’ll have 2 varieties.
As always, there will be eggs still at the stand for self services throughout the week. They are still laying very well!
Have a great week!

Good morning from the farm. We’ve got warm and hearty soups to keep you warm this week. Not much going on in the gardens, but the incubators are being loaded today for a February hatch, and seed trays are going under lights for microgreens. Dreaming of spring!!!!!
Have a great week,
